MA GOLDEN ( Managing Director )
As the Managing Director & Founder, Golden works and manages closely with the Teams, Stakeholders, Investors, and Authorities. Determining whether or not Golden Development Group will be able to deliver projects on time in highest quality within the determined budget and timeline.
Golden focuses on developing the structure of the company for sustainable business. Building the business from the construction company to a development the Myanmar (Especiall Chin State & Rural Area).
Her energy and passion to develop the Myanmar (Especially Chin State & Rural Area) has encouraged her to learn about construction and development industry quickly.
LAL LAWM SANGA ( Project Director )
Being the project director, Sanga works to deliver project on time, within allocated budget according to approved specs.
Sanga works closely with the Teams, Stakeholders, Investors and authorities to deliver as expected. With daily inspections, and micromanaging of teams, Sanga is constantly on watch for problems that may rise.
Sanga reach out in the local community to the source supplies as needed to help the local economy in the area. Testing products on quality, pricing and availability, Sanga attempts to locally source product if possible.
LAL LAWM AWMI ( Chief Financial Officer )
Awmi is in charge of the company's financial, working on the financial reporting, obtaining information to keep the company's financial report up to date and accurate is her main role.
Monitoring the price of goods, utilization of products and anticipating variables is Awmi's main focus to keep projects moving and keep the company's financial stability.
With her passion of challenges she works diligently to value engineer projects.
Together Golden, Sanga and Awmi work side by side to build GDG into a sustainable company, as a family, through thick and thin, GDG is dedicated to develop Myanmar (Especially Chin State & Rural Area).
